Refund and Return Policy
REFUND, RETURN, & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Because our products are made custom for you the moment you order them, we don't have the ability to accept any returns at the moment.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a replacement or a refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please email us at email@example.com. Make sure to include your order number, and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will try our best to catch the order before it moves into processing, which is when the automated process can no longer be interrupted.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, please recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
